Parent & Life Coaching

Support for parents and individuals working through decisions, transitions, and change.

One-on-one coaching for parents and individuals who need help thinking clearly, building structure, and moving forward. Sessions may focus on communication, motivation, organization, family dynamics, college or career decisions, life transitions, or returning home after treatment.

WHEN COACHING HELPS

A place to sort through decisions, patterns, and
next steps.

Coaching can be helpful when a parent or individual needs a clear place to talk through what is happening and what may help. Some people come with one decision in front of them. Others need support around routines, communication, follow-through, or a transition that has become hard to navigate.

Mark listens closely, asks good questions, and helps turn what feels overwhelming into manageable next steps.

WHAT COACHING MAY COVER

Focused support for real-life decisions and transitions.

Parent Support

Communication, expectations, boundaries, family dynamics, and decisions around what kind of support may be needed at home.

Transitions

Returning home after treatment, stepping away from college, changing direction, or working through a period of adjustment.

Young Adults & Adults

Motivation, organization, school or career direction, recovery support, and rebuilding structure after a difficult stretch.

Follow-Through

Turning goals into manageable steps, building routines that support progress, and staying connected to what needs attention as things shift.

COACHING, NOT THERAPY

A clear role, alongside the right support.

Coaching is not therapy and does not replace clinical care. It is focused on goals, decisions, structure, communication, and follow-through.

When clinical support is needed, Fresh Tracks can help families identify appropriate resources. Coaching can also work alongside therapists, physicians, schools, and other providers already involved, with permission from the family or client.
