FOR FAMILIES & INDIVIDUALS

Fresh Tracks helps families and individuals find the right next step.

When you are unsure what kind of support is needed, Mark Parlett helps you understand what is happening, sort through the options, and build a plan that fits the person and the situation.

WHERE TO BEGIN

When someone you love is struggling, the options get confusing fast.

Schools, therapists, treatment programs, assessments, recovery resources, and well-meaning advice can point in very different directions. It can be hard to know what level of care is needed, who to trust, or how quickly to act.

Mark starts by listening carefully and looking at the full picture: what has already been tried, what is happening now, and where the biggest concerns are.

Sometimes the answer is support close to home. Other times, a more structured program, treatment setting, or transition plan makes sense. Families also call weeks or months ahead to plan for summer, next semester, or a Plan B before a situation becomes urgent.
